So i've just got this tool up and runnning my Windows PC with a Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB graphics card, so i'm guessing it's not a performance related issue

I had to reread the issue title a couple of times to understand it lol.
Generally, you should crop your source image to include the face, instead of the full torso. See the samples folder; those are cropped well. The AI is trained on cropped faces so it can't understand a full body.
