Add Realtime Page

1.Add a RealtimePage.js under Assignment views folder
2.Add a Realtime button to the header of the AssignmentPage.js, when click the button jump to RealtimePage.js
4.In the RealtimePage show a list of today's assigned drivers with corresponding icons
5. show the icons as marker on the map, each icon indicate an order belong to the driver.
