Add an API put_object_stream_with_content_type

By this time, put_object_stream only supports octet/stream, while only non-stream version put_object_with_content_type provides utility of setting custom content types.

I'd like to see a put_object_stream_with_content_type added to this repository.

Additional context
I've read the AWS S3 documentation about setting content type when using multi part upload, and made a small patch on the 0.26 branch, in order to satisfy my own requirement.
