Add option to run without any nice adjustments, to purposefully slow the machine down

I could use something to ween my kid off of Minecraft when it's time to eat, so popping up hollywood would be great! Working on that right now. In addition though, the more hollywood slows down his laptop, the better, so any chance we could get an option to remove the renicing, or even give it more priority?
