Additional Regions and/or Instance types

Hi,

great work first of all!!

I have all my instances in the AWS region EU-Central-1 (in Frankfurt). This was not in one of the options so I copied the code and edited it myself. Its cropping up in 4-5 places around in the code so I am thinking it would be good to abstract it and have the regions stored in a central file or something like that. The same would apply also for the instance types.

Did you checked the v2 already? In the app store it is waiting for review, so will be released any moment.

I did check v2 and its still missing EU-Central-1, that's why I updated it myself for my copy. But it would be good to abstract it so that in the future you don't have to update the code every time and the user doesn't have to wait for the next version.
