Define sublime commands

It would be great to have got sublime commands so the command pallete can be used to trigger the actions.

Thanks for your feedback, I've just added the command file, required to show the commands in the standard command pallete.

Somehow I've had do remove and re-install Text Pastry through package control, but I think it has something to do with my installation. Just in case you have any troubles.

You can also get it by running the Package Control: Upgrade Package command. Easier than remove and re-install.
