I can't install LaraAdmin

LAInstall : Database is not connected. connect database (.env) and run 'la:install' again.
SQLSTATE[42000]: symtax error or access violation: 1071 Specified key was too long: max key length is 767 bytes (SQL: alter table 'users' add unique 'users_email_unique'('email')).

i have edited the .env file before and not use the Database Assistent to configure with my database.

I dont know what must i do, i used Laravel 5.5 to instal LaraAdmin. Anybody please help

configure your (.env) and d'ont forget to open it ( wampp or xampp) then run again la:install

Laradmin doesn't work with Laravel 5.5
