The upgrade to Groovy 2.4.x forces consumers (e.g. CodeNarc) to require Groovy 2.4.x. It causes IncompatibleClassChangeError if they use Groovy 2.1.

By reverting to Groovy 2.1.x, consumers can still use Groovy 2.4.x, but they are not forced to.
