Describe the solution you'd like
Configure a Bot to provide automatic replies and actions to:

  • New Issues
  • Inactive issues

WIP.

Already got it working for new issues, have to implement it for inactive issues (considering that an inactive issue is the one that hasn't had interaction in 15 days).

In the end, it was decided that only issues are closed after the inactivity threshold (not PRs / discussions).
