Keyboard is not working

Successfully activated the app.
Tried to use USB Keyboard and Bluetooth keyboard both aren't working,
but the mouse is working well.

Hello, I have the same problem on my Huawei mate 20 pro, the mouse and keyboard bluetooth are detects, the mouse works but not the keyboard.
If there are people who happens to used a keyboard on the mate 20 pro can you share the brand and conection of the keyboard used.
If you have a solution to this problem Thank you for your help

I have the same issue on a Huawei MediaPad M6 tablet! I tried the original magnetic keyboard, a generic cheap keyboard and I even bought a One-Handed Keypad from Matics Gaming! Nothing works, other apps work fine with all keyboards, I even tested the com.tencent.gamestick.apk and all keyboards get mapped correctly on that one so I can't understand how Panda Mouse Pro can charge 4$ for an app that doesn't work on Huawei or Xiaomi devices! Fix it!
