I believe Amazon and Coinbase are good additions.
Amazon will require making omnipay classes for it.
(https://github.com/lemonstand/omnipay-amazon <-- incomplete)
Coinbase is in the repo, but is untested.
Are there others that people here would like to see added, or at least supported ? (ApplePay?)

Maybe https://github.com/thephpleague/omnipay-mollie for SEPA Direct Debit / SEPA bank transfer.
Mollie also includes other payment methods: https://www.mollie.com/de/pricing/
