总之，虽然会考虑加这个功能，但是该功能的优先级 是比 tun 要低的。

我们先考虑 wintun 再 考虑 windivert.

因为Tun的话，可以提供 全平台支持，而 windivert只能用于 windows。

如果加了 windivert用于 windows 端的 透明代理的话，那么透明代理 就剩 macOS 没支持了，显得很尴尬

为了减少 macOS 的尴尬，也是要先 支持 Tun

后来发现 tun/tap 涉及到 cgo，而且经常涉及到 自己运行一些外部命令，甚至安装一些插件（如wintun），总之还是不够优雅。

所以还是先实现 透明代理比较爽一些。

当然，要是都不好实现，那么就两种都搁置。
