Vote order by Position No. should also be maintained on the app. It seems to be random order:

Item 997 Votes: Yea - 5 (Saltzman, Fritz, Leonard, Fish, Adams)
Item 998 Votes: Yea - 4 (Adams, Saltzman, Fritz, Fish), Absent - 1 (Leonard)
Item 999 Votes: Yea - 4 (Fritz, Fish, Leonard, Saltzman), Absent - 1 (Adams)
