If I have following setting:
Menu->Setup->Setup->Misc tab:

  • Time in UTC is checked
  • Log in real time is checked
    then each time KLog is started, the time is displayed in UTC in the main QSO window.

If I change the setting to:
Menu->Setup->Setup->Misc tab:

  • Time in UTC is checked
  • Log in real time is UNchecked
    then each time KLog is started, the pre-filled static time is in a local time in the main QSO window - is it expected behavior that time is in local time?
