ParMETIS will require significant changes in the easyblock.

Since the source has changed from default. The author has also imported only parts of it and intends to decouple the compilation of an included METIS library and also the GKlib library. Unfortunately the author has not versioned this and the tags are yet to be made for this modified new release of ParMETIS.
