pcm转AAC代码是否有问题 #8

大概是这样:
我用Buildit命令，编译出 libEasyAACEncoder.a 的库，转码AAC，音频无人声，全是噪点音。
但我用lib/x64 中的 libeasyaacencoder.a 库，能够正常转码AAC，音频正常。

用源码编译和用lib中的库结果不一样，是源码不一样吗？

pcm 音频: 8k 采样, 2 channel, 16Bit

测试程序: testEasyAACEncoderr/main.cpp 需要更改pcm里面的对应pcm参数

麻烦大佬帮忙看看!
