EPL Version 3.4.37.

If one property_parking_spaces is set to 1, the output is "Open Parking Spaces", but if it is set to 2, the output is "2 Open Parking Spaces".

saying "Open Parking Spaces" is a bit misleading if there's only 1. It should just output "1 Open Parking Space".
