Add support for Java8 time datatypes such as LocalDateTime

Rather than require users create their own ScalarTypeConverters etc it would be good to have built in support for these Java8 types.

This probably means detecting java8 and then registering appriopriate ScalarTypes and potentially meaning people building Ebean have jdk8 in the classpath. That is probably not too unreasonable.
