Proposed Implementation:

  1. ArchiveEntities should have no uniqueness constraint
  2. Archive submission for ingest submission endpoint should return the list of relevant archive submissions
  3. Stretch: Manually deleting an ArchiveSubmission should first delete any ArchiveEntity linked to it. (and delete in DSP if required)
