What problem does the feature request solve?
Some mods for lethal company for example save the players preferences in the config files, and some mods that unlock ultrawide support are buggy on normal displays. So every time you need to sync your mods with your friend, it can get annoying readjusting the configs and disabling what ever mods are specific for a certain player, and it can get even worse if a player has their own client side mod that they prefer but keeps getting wiped with every sync
Example mock-up (optional)
My solution, is to allow the user to favourite a mod. All it simply does is make it so a mod is uneffected by an import, for example lets say I'm using a mod like Lethally wide because I have an ultra wide but my friend doesn't use it so he sends me the profile code which will wipe my Lethally Wide mod and configs. If the user instead marks the mod as a favourite, when the manager is importing the mods it doesn't touch favourited mods, it doesn't wipe them or change them. This can also be handy for emote wheels, as these also get wiped and replaced by your friends presets
