[BUG] - Selecting other on etg causes loading hang

Describe the bug
I try to select other as a platform as I have bought enter the gungeon on GOG. But it does not allow me to get to the mod-manager. It works when I select steam but other infinitely hangs on loading on the other option. The loading for steam was near instant so it is definitely a issue with other option.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to enter the gungeon
2. Click on select game
3. Select other as platform
4. See hang

Expected behavior
To click other then the mods load, allows for execution of the game from it with or without mods.

Additional context
I am on Linux but had the same problem on windows so this is not the issue. The issue has happened every single time for me as well and restarting does not help.
