This repository contains the data cleaning notebook, all necessary datasets, and the code for running the COVID-19 TrialsTracker website at http://covid19.trialstracker.net. Docker files are included to ensure a consistent environment for reproducability.
The notebook for data processing is available in the notebooks folder. All datasets are also available in this folder.
HTML files for the website are located in the docs folder.
ICTRP data is taken from: https://www.who.int/ictrp/en/.
Sponsor names are normalised by Nick DeVito.
Original classifications for for Intervention and Study Category were made by Dr. Jeffrey K. Aroson and are assessed by Nick DeVito.
