def _get_subscription_labels(user, hproject):
    from users.models import TechUser

    if isinstance(user, TechUser):
        s = user.getActiveSubscriptionLabels(hproject, False)
        return s

    return []

This function in plugit_proxy package, in views.py line 898 imports a non-existing model. Looks like something that was meant to be refactored.
