Expand transactions on Block page and add virtual ops

For example, when visiting dedicated block page, transactions are collapsed, they should be opened/expanded by default.

Also each block has virtual operations/transactions which has 00000000000000...00000 transaction ids, we should fetch them as well and show them in one field right above Transactions with similar format like transactions auto expanded.
