how does it need python? can you provide logs?

the test framework ran by the SPIRV and ShaderRC depends on framework:
https://github.com/supertuxkart/stk-code/blob/master/lib/shaderc/cmake/setup_build.cmake#L46-L53
and this issue had been solved in a recent issue, @ehawkvu, make sure to close after solving
