Which Bios version are you using?
It seems that it works only with a specific Bios version.

I use E7c35AMS.a60 09/07/2020
I guess I need to downgrade in order to get Monterey working

Do you have BT and Wi-Fi working on your rig?

Yes, I use a PCIE card (FV T919) instead of the AX200, and disabled the AX200 BT in USBPorts.kext
