百度云盘、天翼云盘等软件打不开的问题

按照该帖子在该仓库配置基础上

增加启动参数 ipc_control_port_options=0
csr-active-config 修改为 7f0a0000
即可修复打开软件闪退问题，目前我遇到的是夸克，试了百度网盘也一样，通过该方法修复，并且WIFI可以正常使用

感谢大佬提供的EFT，省去了很多麻烦。太棒了！
