im thinking your computer or virtual machine date and time setup is not what the app expected?
Thu Feb 24 07:47:36 PM PST 2022 is compatible? Date/time/year seems to work?
what does your say? Logs?

check database your table user where your vendor is returning created_at null there may issue while you create user check again and make sure created_at has valid date time
