Count query breaks when using nested property in where clause #266

As the property include is removed for the count query, it breaks when we use a nested property in where clause.

I've tried to create a Pull Request, but I didn't get the correct commit message format. Follow my commit link: leandrofinger@e74f00a

is there any reason to keep that include in the count filtering?
