Geolocalize events to show only local ones

The problem is that the next two events in Foo are useless to the people living in Bar. I think we can show a list of every future event by just showing the country code and date and either use jQuery to expand entries on demand on simpler to link to the full event description on the event page. This way, Barians (people of Bar) can see that we'll be coming there as soon as we're done with the Foosian tour.

The problem with your proposal @FroMage is that people do travel :) The system can become annoying.
