problem with multiple query or template in same mtl file

When add a second query in a mtl file eclipse report :

An error has occurred during the loading of 'platform:/resource/com.agc.capellagenerator/bin/com/agc/capellagenerator/main/Queries.emtl'.
Message: Unresolved reference '/0/existsFile/%.1/%.2/%/filePath'. (platform:/resource/com.agc.capellagenerator/bin/com/agc/capellagenerator/main/Queries.emtl, 272, 87)
Location: platform:/resource/com.agc.capellagenerator/bin/com/agc/capellagenerator/main/Queries.emtl at line 272 and column 87

everything work fine if I place this second query in an other mtl file.

same thing occur when adding a second template.
