This may be related to Architecture can be duplicated while transition #1716.

I am on Capella 6.1 on Windows 11.

When I transition one or more function from SA to LA, the functions get duplicated. The functions have different object ID's.

I observed the same behavior when I transition from LA to PA. For example, when I transition a functional chain twice in succession, the second time I do it, I see the same model elements available for transitioning. I would expect the left window to be empty, i.e., no elements to be tagged for transitioning.

It is possible that I corrupted the model. A couple of weeks ago, I wanted to reset my LA model, so I deleted all elements in the LA tree in the project explorer. A few elements were marked as protected, and they remained. But I may have still deleted something important to the functioning of Capella.
