It is not uncommon for che 7 plugin sidecars to fail at startup, for example because they don't have enough memory.
We should detect such common conditions and alert the user in a way that he can understand and take action.

While a lot of info is available form the container logs, we should not expect a Che user to understand them.

Issues go stale after 180 days of inactivity. lifecycle/stale issues rot after an additional 7 days of inactivity and eventually close.

Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale in a new comment.

If this issue is safe to close now please do so.

Moderators: Add lifecycle/frozen label to avoid stale mode.
