Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

It seems that the operator doesn't have a decent test coverage, nor a clear testing framework to test the generated K8S objects from the CheCluster CR, and the various installation / update scenarios in all cases.

Describe the solution you'd like

Take some time to review the current of che operator tests, and think about how the operator logic should be tested to achieve more robustness and test coverage in the various scenarios.

Issues go stale after 180 days of inactivity. lifecycle/stale issues rot after an additional 7 days of inactivity and eventually close.

Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale in a new comment.

If this issue is safe to close now please do so.

Moderators: Add lifecycle/frozen label to avoid stale mode.
