Describe the bug

If download the newest stable chectl released binaries and run chectl command it shows old version. If try to deploy Eclipse Che with it, deployment will probably fail.

Running chectl update stable starts the update (but I just downloaded latest!) and this resolves the issue.

7.18.1

Steps to reproduce

  1. Download chectl from GitHub releases page
  2. Unpack it
  3. Run bin/chectl --version

Expected behavior

chectl uses corresponding release

Additional context

Probably the error appears because of using some cached metadata on the computer.
