EnumConverter.getAsString() javadoc contains incorrect text, conflicts with its own @returns clause

The Javadoc for EnumConverter.getAsString() contains the text,

If the value argument is null, return null.

This is conflict with the @returns clause, and also with the super-interface declaration of the method.
