support setting port mapper client socket read timeout

Add client connection factory property
imqPortMapperSoTimeout (default not set)

so that the port mapper client socket read timeout can be configured through connection factory to avoid possible port mapper client socket stuck on read long time (depends on system TCP configuration) in case of half-open connection due to network failure
