A recent update made the requirements of Phyton executable required.

If this is going to stay ( @mkovatsc ?) we may need to mention it here https://github.com/eclipse/thingweb.node-wot#prerequisites

Running npm install -g --production windows-build-tools in CMD shell as administrator, as described in https://github.com/eclipse/thingweb.node-wot#windows, worked with node v10.

Node8 still caused issues but let's discuss them here #11
