Description

In the section how-to-contribute, the link for [dev mailinglist](https://eclipse-tractusx.github.io/docs/oss/how-to-contribute/(https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/#resources-dev-list) isn't working.

The link semantic in the related md file is not correct. dev mailinglist should be dev mailinglist
