It seems that sometimes executing MySQL prepared queries will throw io.vertx.mysqlclient.MySQLException: Incorrect arguments to mysqld_stmt_execute.

MySQL prepared statements should always bind parameters instead of using re-bound flag for the first time COM_STMT_EXEC in case of unexpected behaviors.
