Cannot debug remote Node application any more

For the few last releases, node debug requires a full address, than includes IP address + port + UUID. The node-debug2 adapter was not updated to handle the now required UUID (and won't be). As a result, one cannot use remote debugging for Node.js apps using a recent node version and Wild Web Developer.
#555 should resolve it.
