How desable autcopletion dialoggbox after 10ms !

Autoclopletion on keystrokes is very annoying and generates a lot of suggestions for very little.
In fact, it disorganizes your thinking. You've got something that pop up while you're thinking about what you want! If I need help, I'd rather say so (CTRL+space is fine for completion), but please don't make me angry.
couldn't a config file such as "jsfmt.json" be given a parameter to activate completion on keystroke only after 10000 seconds?
