Describe the bug

Wrong error is reported when DevWorkspace did not get IDE url quickly.

Che version

  • latest

Steps to reproduce

  1. When DevWorkspace Che Routing is not installed, devworkspace does not get IDE URL assigned forever.
  2. Dashboard reports:

Expected behavior

Dashboard notifies that devWorkspace has Waiting routing phase, and starting forever.

Runtime

  • kubernetes (include output of kubectl version)
  • Openshift (include output of oc version)
  • minikube (include output of minikube version and kubectl version)
  • minishift (include output of minishift version and oc version)
  • docker-desktop + K8S (include output of docker version and kubectl version)
  • other: (please specify)

The error should not happen after eclipse-che/che-dashboard#198

After #19327 it will be clear that DevWorkspace hangs due waiting for devworkspace routing.
