Workspace removal from Eclipse Che Dashboard could stuck in terminating state when "cleanup-workspace" pod in workspace namespace failed to be created: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CRW-3108

And there are no error messages shown in Dashboard, while neither workspace can be deleted, nor workspace can be started.

Track "cleanup-workspace" pod events and show error message in Dashboard UI

Issues go stale after 180 days of inactivity. lifecycle/stale issues rot after an additional 7 days of inactivity and eventually close.

Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale in a new comment.

If this issue is safe to close now please do so.
