There is OAuth setup of git providers support into Eclipse Che.
PRs in che-server have a check of Personal Access Token setup of supported git providers, but don't have a such check for OAuth setup.
This is a quite complicate task and is unknown could be worked without UI testing, but need to try do it.

Describe the solution you'd like

Investigate an opportunity OAuth setup and check of git providers without UI. If there is possible, add OAuth setup to PR check tests in che-server, using only API interface /command line.
