Describe the bug

Revoke OAuth button still in active state after OAuth revoked(see screencast).

Che version

7.81@latest

Steps to reproduce

  1. Opens User Preferences page on Dashboard and select Git Services tab.
  2. Select github service and click on Revoke button.
  3. Wait for message that revoking succeeded and Revoke button not active.

Expected behavior

Revoke button not active after OAuth revoking.

Tips from Igor Vinokur - mention in issue that the revoke action is performed by the red button above the list, but not from the item's context menu.
