Describe the bug

Currently all PRs in the plugin registry repository publish the content into serge.sh, for example: https://pr-check-1893-che-plugin-registry.surge.sh/v3/plugins

So, it would be nice to use this content to verify the changes, but it's not possible to start a workspace, the error is:

Failed to fetch a devfile from URL: https://github.com/devspaces-samples/ansible-devspaces-demo, reason: Error: Network Error
