Selenium: apply try/catch blocks in failed selenium tests

What does this PR do?

We have failed selenium tests which related to bugs(known bugs with issue):

• add try/catch blocks to places when project state after web page restoring is checked(Unexpected fails of selenium tests after web page refreshing #7551) - ProjectStateAfterRefreshTest, ConvertToProjectWithPomFileTest;
• remove try/catch block(issue is fixed) - CheckRestoringSplitEditorTest(Returned cursor position is wrong while working with splitted editor #7729);
• change issue url in OrganizationMembersTest("[Regression] The Delete button on organization members tab doesn't appear if select a member by checkbox codenvy/codenvy#2473" to "[Regression] The Delete button on organization members tab doesn't appear if select a member by checkbox #7897') because issue moved from Codenvy to Che.
