because it does not make sense to apply PCA on MALDI raw data albeit it works a bit.

The packages have been renamed from org.eclipse.chemclipse.chromatogram.xxd.process.supplier.pca to org.eclipse.chemclipse.xxd.process.supplier.pca

because this is already much more general and works far better in regards to OpenChrom/OpenTyper#12.
