Add detector/model support for LC-Raman and GC-FTIR

When writing the models for ChemClipse several years ago, chromatography detectors were grouped as:

MSD (mass selective detectors - Quadrupole, Ion Trap, TandemMS, ...)
CSD (current selective detectors - FID, ECD, ...)
WSD (wavelength selective detectors - UV/Vis, DAD)

As it turns out, there is a fourth group:

ISD (infrared selective detectors - FT-IR, Raman, ...)

Hence, extend the support for ISD data.
